What should i eat on insanity?
Whew, let's start with a big healthy breakfast. Toast w/peanut butter, oatmeal or cereal and a juice. For snacks you (protein) you can eat nuts or seeds. Tuna is a good one to throw in there for lunch and quick meals. Doesn't seem like you get alot of meat either. Try chicken or beef. Vegetables and fruits are going to be important so eat as much as you can from various types. Drink alot of water. Change your cereal to something more nutritional, with fiber or slighty more protein. Cut down on sugars and junk food of course. Whole grain pasta hardly tastes different. I recommend eating every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going, even if it is a little snack. Sorry this wasn't more organized, hope I helped!
