What to feed dog that has parvovirus?

I've had my puppy Bocephus for about 2 months now he is my world. Well one day i was cleaning up the puppy pads that he uses at night and i notice his feces had worms so i wormed him the next day. Well he started to throw his food up it only happened once and they he just threw up it was like water nothing in it and he wasn't himself well two days ago i was in the room and i smelt something like something dead well when i walked around i thought it was Bocephus but it wasn't as i continued to search i notice he threw up and it it was a pile of like millions of worms no food or anything just like worms so i brought him to the vet and they told us the bad news :( well they told us to give him pedialyte all the time and he drinks it like its water he loves it well i fed him some of that cesar dog food to see if he would eat it and he would so i bought more but this morning he had got sick again. when i went to feed him this morning the cesar dog food he would not eat it he refuses. but he will eat a little bit of dry puppy chow but not much and the only thing he will eat is only lunch meat (honey ham and bologna) so is there any dog food that is like the to so he will eat more than just that something healthy and if you have any experience with this can you give me some advice but he is still very playful now so please will any one help
