Why am i not getting the money from ebay onto my card?

I sold something on ebay and it says they paid for the item but when i call to check my balance the money hasn't showed up on my card. It says its processing it but that makes no sense! When they take money off the card its Instant but when putting it on it takes time?? How long will it take i need help to pay me bills with that money!!!
