get rid of the lunchable and make your own-the lunchables are high in sodium which cause you to reatin water and gain weight. buy whole grain-no soda and 8-8oz glasses of water a day. and instead of the babybell eat yogurt. it has probitcs in it that are good for you (any kid of yougurt has it) and eat more veggies!!! corn is a startch-not a veggie.
