Am I eating too much bread?

seriously, your eating seems to be really good. how old are you? if you're a teen or young adult it is not surprising that you are hungry. the general rule that most dietitians go by, as well as weight watchers, is that you should have 2 slices of bread a day. Bread does have a lot of carbs, but if you're eating whole wheat bread then you are making all those carbs worth it because they are filled with flax and wheat, which gives you energy. Try sticking to one piece of bread in the morning as toast and one piece of bread split in half for a sandwich at lunch. eating 4 pieces of bread a day is too much, but just make small cutbacks and you should be fine. your other foods like corn, broccoli and drinking almond milk are all really good choices. your diet looks great, but just try cutting back on the bread to about 2 slices a day.
