How do i ask my dad out of his room?

My dad bought me a ps3 a long time ago and my dad mostly uses it he doesn't even play anything he uses it to watch movies and for netflix instant streaming and I haves roku box in my lliving room and it has netflix too and I said hey dad can u move the ps3 out of your room so I can play it?and he said no cus I wont have anything to watch in my room and I said u can use my roku he said no how do I convince him to move it out of his room and into the living room where I can play it?
