How to feed my dog that has parvo?

I cant go to the vet until the morning and today is the 3rd day where she has only eaten 3 slices of bologna. I've found a way to hydrate her but its a long and slow process with smashed ice cubes and prying her jaws open. Im thinking of trying the same thing with some food. Any other advice on how I can feed her?
