How to fix this WITHOUT a keyboard?

if you cant use your mouse your screwed. if your mouse ever starts working and your keyboard dosent go to start-programs-and then the top tab or close tothe top is a sub tab that says onscreen keyboard and its a keyboard that you click letters on the screen with your mouse so you dont need a keyboard. check your mouses config.
