How can i lose body fat? what am i doing wrong that is stopping me from losing body fat?

Im 17 about 6 foot and weigh around 155. ive tried dieting even though i eat healthy and i exercise a min of 90 mins a day which consists of either going to the gym and doing bike for 40 mins then 45 mins of lifting or 2 to 3 hours of soccer daily but my body fat isnt really changing it staying the same. i prob have around 11 or 12 percent body fat. my upper abs are visible but i still have a small gut that i cant seem to lose. i eat cereal for breakfast, then a bologna and cheese sandwich with yogurt, and a fruit, another fruit as a nsack later, and for dinner meat or poultry, with some grains and vegetables. So what am i doing wrong and how should i change my diet or what do i need to do to increase my body fat and lose my gut for good and gain some muscle. Will drinking protein shakes as a meal help? or shoudl i take weight loss pills? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
