How do I cancel my Netflix free trial before they charge me?

I have a 30 day free trial of instant streaming to my PS3, and I need to cancel my account before they charge me. I'm on vacation so I can't get on my play station, but I have my laptop and I can sign into my account. I need to know within the next day.
