Can you train a Cockatiel to whistle tunes without whistling?

I'm not a big whistler, and I want to train my Cockatiel. I remember when I was little, and I saw movies (Yes, most movies aren't about real things.) that showed a girl going,"Ah Ah-Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah" in a musical voice. Then the bird would mimic the tune by whistling. Could you really train a bird like that? I know it may seem silly to ask if you can do that when its in an animated movie, but like I said, I can't whistle at all. :( Thank you!!(:
