What is wrong with netflix?!?!?

I was watching a series box set on netflix instant watch on my Wii, I was watching the second episode on it and after it finished I turned off my Wii and started watching lie tv, and I was going to finish my show later. Maybe an hour later, I turned my Wii back on and went to the "recently watched" category, but my show wasn't there. So I searches for it, and then it's in that gray writing saying that its "not available on instant watch"! What the heck? Why won't it let me watch it anymore?!?! It has done this to me multiple times with many shows and movies and it's really starting to tick me off!! What is it doing and why?!?! >:(
