Diet & Exercise Help to be a Model?
i think the exercise plan is okay i just dont think that you are eating enough to be able to lose weight. if you dont eat enough calories it can really mess up your metabolism bigtime and your body will start to store what you eat as fat because your body will think that you are starving it so it wants to keep all the energy it can get. making it super hard to lose weight. doctors and nutritionists recommend that if you are trying to lose weight then dont eat less than 1200 calories. so i think that you just eat more calories (preferably from fruits or veggies) and you should be fine. good luck with losing weight and modeling :)
