What is in school lunch meat?

As a vegetarian, i would like to know how most schools prepare their beef, pork, and poultry. Is it even meat? Because one of my teachers told me it was soy, or a combination of the three. Oh, oh! And that nasty *** Oscar Meyer's preformed bologna. What is bologna? Is it the leftovers or something that they scrape from the slaughterhouse floor? I know this is a lot of questions, but I will be ever grateful if any one person answers just one question. :)

I was watching a series box set on netflix instant watch on my Wii, I was watching the second episode on it and after it finished I turned off my Wii and started watching lie tv, and I was going to finish my show later. Maybe an hour later, I turned my Wii back on and went to the "recently watched" category, but my show wasn't there. So I searches for it, and then it's in that gray writing saying that its "not available on instant watch"! What the heck? Why won't it let me watch it anymore?!?! It sounds like you are so there should be no problems. does she earn these treats ; like completing her chores etc; if so then you are doing everything right; I insisted my boys took ten percent of what they received [ cash wise] and banked it . If they got $100 , they banked $10.00 of it . That also taught them about saving for the things they want. It doesn't hurt to occasionally say no either. As we mature we then get to learn we won't always get our way and some things have to be earned and worked towards. What do you think is wrong with my puppy?

It might be Kennel Cough. One of my dogs got it, then my other 2 did. They would cough and clear stuff would come up. My smallest dog got the sickest, she would barely eat she had to get a shot everyday. The big dogs had to take pills.

Diet & Exercise Help to be a Model?

i think the exercise plan is okay i just dont think that you are eating enough to be able to lose weight. if you dont eat enough calories it can really mess up your metabolism bigtime and your body will start to store what you eat as fat because your body will think that you are starving it so it wants to keep all the energy it can get. making it super hard to lose weight. doctors and nutritionists recommend that if you are trying to lose weight then dont eat less than 1200 calories. so i think that you just eat more calories (preferably from fruits or veggies) and you should be fine. good luck with losing weight and modeling :)

I'm 16. This morning I power walked/jogged 4 miles for an hour. Breakfast I had toasted whole grain cereal with fat free milk lightly sweetened with splenda. Lunch I had 1 1/2 bologna sandwiches. And for dinner I had a pack of peaches and cream instant oatmeal. And a few hours afterwards I power walked for 10 min on the treadmill (with incline). Would it be ok to eat another sandwich tonight? How should I approach my story?

I am going to write a story about a woman who shakes a man's hand a long time and refuses to let go and I am including pictures I took of a woman and I shaking hands and my trying unsuccessfully to get away. I could either go with a straight-forward narrative as if just describing the conversation and action or I can write it in a surreal psychedelic way with cut-up weird spurts like how William Burroughs wrote some of his books (as an example though I would not purposefully mimic Burroughs per se but would get in the spirit of the style). Bologna is much more convenient. The airport is easy to get in and out of; it's the number 3 airport here in Italy in terms of traffic, so there are a lot of options. If you land in Rome, you would still have 3 to 4 hours on the train to get from the airport to Bologna (73 euro) to go to Renazzo anyway. There is no train station in Cento or Renazzo di Cento. It would be more convenient to rent a car.

After the first round of sightseeing, we went to the hotel to put our things away and to have dinner. The next day, our stop was Mumok, where we saw some interesting things: sarcophagi and relics of civilisation. This is the first part. I will post the second part later.

If you sprayed calcium water on the dragon, the water would evaporate and the calcium would be left deposited on its scales. Think about hardwater stains, that's basically calcium deposits. The best way to supplement your dragon with calcium is to use a calcium vitamin suplement powder that can be sprinkled on it's veggies or coated on the crickets. Its like shake and bake. You don't need to give it calcium every single day, but a few times a week is good. I would use a uv bulb that is made more desert reptiles, not an aquarium bulb. Plants use light that is in the visable spectrum for photosynthesis not uv light. Uvb light is very important for bearded dragons and it helps them get vitamin D3 and absorb calcium into their bloodstream. If you don't provide the lizard with proper uvb light and calcium, it will likely suffer from metabolic bone disease. It will cost you a lot more money in vet bills than it would to just buy the right stuff in the first place. I don't want to imply that you couldn't put calcium in it's drinking water but they don't drink very much and you would waste more money in the long run. As for uvb, some bearded dragon breeding facilities use outdoor enclosures but I wouldn't advise that unless you live in Arizona (or somewhere similar) and have experience with that type of enclosure. They could get cooked, escape, get stolen, or get eaten by a predator.

Knee pain and need help? ?

I was palying soccer and i was running for the ball. I reached the ball and i pulled it to me, then after i placed my foot on ther ground putting weight on it, my knee cracked i felt as if it mooved with instant pain in the back right side of the knee. I was able to walk and it did not swell instantly. The day after my knee was really swollen and it hurt in the back right side of the knee when i bent it and it also seemed unstable when i stepped. Any ideas of what can mimic pregnancy?

Ok, so for the last two months, all I've done is spot instead of my regular period. Last month i even had some odd, on and off spotting at the wrong time. As of today (06/06/11) I will be six days late on my period for this month. Since some time in mid april, i have had some serious mood swings, aversion to food and smells i've never had before, back aches, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, restlessness and a couple other early symptoms I saw my mother and other friends/family members experience in early pregnancy. I took five home tests, three came up positive. I went to the free clinic near my home and they sent me for a qualitative blood test at the local "hospital" (it's little more than an out patient center for physical therapy and a small emergency room with a lab). The blood test also came up negative. At 19 and about 3 years from even considering wanting a family of my own, I practically skipped out of the lab office when they told me that. Despite my total confidence in not being pregnant, all my symptoms have persisted and i've even gained a little weight in spite of the fact that I eat small amounts of food and make sure the food is (usually) healthy. The fact that I have crohn's disease also determines what I eat and I have a hard time gaining weight normally because of the gastrointestinal immune disorder. I also know it's not a "hysterical pregnancy" because that would require me to worry badly enough or want to be pregnant badly enough to convince my body that I am. I'm concerned something else is wrong, but my boyfriend is still really worried that I might be pregnant. So, anyone have any ideas??

i used to order from this place often and I even gave the delivery people a lot of tip. I have been getting a skin bump on my left arm every few months starting this year?

my skin would start to itch and then right after a bump would form where it was just itching... the bump always form in the exact same spot... this is the very first year this has started happening and it happened about 3 or 4 times already... I'm not allergic to anything and I havent had any skin coniditon that I'm aware of..the bump comes in an instant but within 30 mins the bump would just go away all of a sudden ... do any one know what this is

There are things that some people like or combine together that other people think is weird. Like I always thought that putting ketchup on mac and cheese was gross. But i used to eat peanut butter with mustard or honey. And I like to put honey on meats like steak or fish. I also like pickle, cheese and mustard sandwiches lol. My boyfriend thinks its nasty.. But he likes to eat bologna sandwiches without any mustard or anything on it.. what a weirdo :) haha we all have different tastes so if there's any strange or out of the ordinary thing that you like it'd be interesting to know.

The key to marches are you feet, IMO. If they are comfy, will you be too. Good, broken in boots are key (i use the wear them in the shower, and wear then dry, althought this doesnt work as well in desert boots). Also, wear black sock liners (dress socks) under your cotten combat socks. This prevents fiction, and makes your feet have an easier time. Although, if its hot, you might sweat a tad more.

My only suggestion to you is to quit being emotionally attached to these group of girls you initially made friends with when you got to the city. The second step is to try and find new friends. I know it's challenging, but it's going to be much better than hoping those girls will one day not hate you for no reason.The point is, some people will not matter to you at all when you grow up, and when you look back you'll laugh about it. A friend just came over and he is prescribed Oxycodone HCL 5 mg, and he said that they were basically the same thing that I am taking. I only need a couple as I can get my refill in a few days. so, is this the same as it, or is what he wants me to have considered Oxycontin? I'm very nervous about taking meds that aren't prescribed to me, but the ER or anything else is out of the question. I just wanted to know if this truly is the same thing that I am prescribed? I don't think that its wrong for you to be the other woman as such. I don't think the problem is how much you eat. From the examples you gave, it's what you eat. Just about everything you mentioned having eaten today is fattening, so my suggestion is that you do a bit of research on healthy, non-fattening foods. So my little guy is a little over 11 months old, and I've been trying since he was about 5 months (just slowly introducing water in sippy) and no avail. Why am i not losing weight?

I am a male, 15 years old and I believe I'm going through puberty but the average voice change is definitely not occurring. A little over a year ago, perhaps at the beginning of the change, I noticed I would always get flem, then a couple months later the flem cooled down but I could not talk loud at all, and now it's terrible. I can not talk loud at all, without sounding horrific. people have asked me if I'm sick, flat out ask me what's wrong with my voice and even I'm a little baffled. No matter how much i practice i cant sing well. Hi my name is alexis and I have been trying to sing for quite a while about 2 to 3 years. I practice daily ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours singing other songs word by word and I am trying to mimic singers sound by sound and I record and check my self and I do come with a lot of faults but i try to correct it to the best I can. I go up the scale on the piano with my voice and watch videos on how to use my diaphragm and all. I do all these but I still suck what does it take to get really good or aren't my genes good enough. My dad and others still say to this day that I have a nice sounding voice which I refuse to believe but horrible technique. I do not take singing lessons but if I do will it make a difference?

seriously, your eating seems to be really good. how old are you? if you're a teen or young adult it is not surprising that you are hungry. the general rule that most dietitians go by, as well as weight watchers, is that you should have 2 slices of bread a day. Bread does have a lot of carbs, but if you're eating whole wheat bread then you are making all those carbs worth it because they are filled with flax and wheat, which gives you energy. Try sticking to one piece of bread in the morning as toast and one piece of bread split in half for a sandwich at lunch. eating 4 pieces of bread a day is too much, but just make small cutbacks and you should be fine. your other foods like corn, broccoli and drinking almond milk are all really good choices. your diet looks great, but just try cutting back on the bread to about 2 slices a day.

BofA debit card not working?

Alright, this is the 3rd freakin' time I have to go in get a temp, and get my permanent one in the mail by blah blah 5 business days. I have the panda environmental custom debit card (the panda has nothing to do with this scenerio.....lol). I hate to say this but you may never be able to touch him. We have a blue front that lives with my son and his family and he can't be touched.I really love the bird and he loves to talk. He will answer you just like he knows what you are saying.Don't know if your bird was hand fed as a baby. My son's wasn't. Anything that needs to be done to the bird, my son has to put on welders gloves to keep from getting bitten, but he is crazy about the bird.You could try putting a thick towel over your hand and arm. See if he will step on. if he will, each time slide the towel up to where more of your skin is exposed until you no longer need the towel. I knew a lady that tamed cockatoo's like that.Also try visiting with him on the floor.I've also read that the cage should be low enough that you are taller than it making you the boss, not the bird. I am empathic to a fault, is there something wrong with me?

When I'm with someone, before they even start talking I instantly mold to their mood. I'm not exaggerating either, it's like I can sense what their mood is and I can't help but mimic it, even if I don't want to. I am very easily hurt, and people are rude to me because of it but I feel like I can't control it. I can mask it and pretend I'm not feeling anything but my emotions have a very physical role on my body. If I'm around someone who is very mad, I don't even have to hear them talk or have them be mad at me in order to feel physically angry. It's hard to explain but I feel like there's something very wrong with me. Empathy is supposed to be a good thing but it's like I'm so sensitive to people, I can't even control what I pick up on. World of Warcraft ms is high?

normally my ms is around the 100s or 200s, lately, ever since a thunderstorm around a week and a half ago, my ms is around 400+ and sometimes gets into red zone. All my skills and stuff take around a second to 5 seconds to use an instant cast. I did a speedtest and it says my ping is 19, 22 mbs, and 2 upload a second. Can you have wifi everywhere?

I have WIFI 2200 from Sprint. It is the hotspot. I have been able to only get one computer to work with it and it was a job. I've tried to get it to work with two printers and another computer and couldn't. (I'm not saying it couldn't be done by someone whose more savvy). It is supposed to work with 5 devices in proximity. It is nice to carry with me when I go on trips though.

Well, I don't think you can get them to ignore the fact that you don't fit social norms. Not fitting into social norms kinda makes you stand out by itself. You make a lot of good points, but I feel like you lose a touch of humanism if your arguments. The goal of leaving the world a better place is one worth striving for, but some many of the little things like human contact leave the world a better place all the time. Smiling at a stranger makes their day better. I wouldn't worry so much about passing on the genetic disease either, science has come up with plenty of prophylactic methods to safeguard against that possibility if you chose to go that route :) I'd recommend you explore humanity a little more, you might find something worthwhile in people, and that in turn will help you make the world a better place in the long run as well.
